Temporary Changes to Outdoor Book Drop & 24/7 Holds Pickup

The outdoor book returns will closed for about 2 weeks starting Wednesday, Nov. 5, due to roof work at the library. In the meantime, please use the temporary outdoor book drop, which is set up along the walkway leading to the building.*

The 24/7 Holds Pickup will remain open but users will have to park in the lot and walk to the pickup kiosk.

*Please note that the temporary book drop will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Saturday until 9 a.m., Monday.

Tax-Aide Free Tax Preparation Service

Event Details

Free income tax assistance for seniors and low-to-moderate income taxpayers.  Appointments will be available between January 29-April 3.

 

Registration is required and will be available beginning January 8 by calling the library at 920-459-3400 or in person at any service desk.  You can also register online and read about required documentation that will be needed for this service at www.meadpl.org/tax-help .

 

This service is made available by Tax-Aide, which is sponsored by the IRS and AARP.  If you taxes are complicated and will require more time than the one-hour appointment allows, Tax-Aide asks that you not use this service so that it may better serve others.
