Account FAQs

You can sign up for a card either in person, or you can register online if you're a resident of ZIP codes 53081 or 53083.

To apply in person, you'll need a photo ID with your name and current address, such as your driver's license or state ID.  Or bring in a photo ID without a current address, such as a driver's license, state ID, school or work issued ID or consular ID, plus an official document that lists your name and current address. Examples include a voter registration card, mail postmarked within 30 days, utility bill or personal check.
