Temporary Changes to Outdoor Book Drop & 24/7 Holds Pickup

The outdoor book returns will closed for about 2 weeks starting Wednesday, Nov. 5, due to roof work at the library. In the meantime, please use the temporary outdoor book drop, which is set up along the walkway leading to the building.*

The 24/7 Holds Pickup will remain open but users will have to park in the lot and walk to the pickup kiosk.

*Please note that the temporary book drop will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Saturday until 9 a.m., Monday.

Event Details

The PBS Learn and Grow workshop series is designed for caregivers with incoming preschoolers and is a part of our Ready, Set PreK preschool readiness initiative. 

The workshops, run in partnership with Family Connections, Inc and PBS Wisconsin Education, will use creative play and exploration to introduce kids and grown-ups to digital and tangible tools that can be used to develop knowledge, practices and perspectives related to the social-emotional skills needed to help children be ready for preschool. 

Themes of self-regulation, friendship, and perseverance will be explored.
