Movie Madness Film Club

Join us third Thursdays each month at the fabulous 8th Street Ale Haus for a book club-like discussion of a film. This is the perfect discussion group for people who want to join in the fun but may not have enough time to read an entire book. Reserve copies of each month's movie can be found at the first floor desk, or upon request from the Monarch catalog. 

This summer we are focusing on three movies about making movies:

June 20: Tropic Thunder (2008) starring Ben Stiller and Robert Downey Jr. 
July 18: Day for Night (1973) starring Jacqueline Bisset and directed by Francois Truffaut
Aug 15: Sunset Boulevard (1950) starring Gloria Swanson and William Holden
