Event Details

This class, designed especially for kids ages 9-13 years, is an introduction to mindfulness and yoga. Led by a certified yoga teacher, this 45-minute session is a great way to unwind at the end of the day, and learn simple breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques to support focus, balance, and emotional well-being. No experience needed—just wear comfy clothes and bring a willingness to try something new!
