Temporary Changes to Outdoor Book Drop & 24/7 Holds Pickup

The outdoor book returns will closed for about 2 weeks starting Wednesday, Nov. 5, due to roof work at the library. In the meantime, please use the temporary outdoor book drop, which is set up along the walkway leading to the building.*

The 24/7 Holds Pickup will remain open but users will have to park in the lot and walk to the pickup kiosk.

*Please note that the temporary book drop will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Saturday until 9 a.m., Monday.

Event Details

PreK Prep Playshops provide children and their grown-ups with tools to support their preschool journey while connecting with other families, and giving children a chance to learn from new teachers and make new friends. 

Children will learn through play, while adults have time to craft some handy tools and learn from educators from the Family Resource Center.  

You and your incoming preschooler are welcome to attend one or all sessions. 

 

Big Feelings: Monday June 16 @ 1:30pm

Friendship Skills: Saturday June 21 @ 10am

Separation-Anxiety: Tuesday July 8 @ 5:30pm

Problem-Solving: Tuesday July 22, 2025 @1:30pm

Growth Mindset & Making Mistakes: Tuesday August 5 @ 10am
