Purpose of Meeting

Come together to mix and mingle with like-minded people interested in community health and wellness. This networking event will focus on the value of Whole Food / Plant-Based (WFPB) nutrition. Discover the extraordinary health benefits of what a WFPB lifestyle has to offer and learn to mitigate the challenges with easy tricks and tips. We’re here to support, educate, and advocate for Sheboygan County wellness. Participation is free and healthy food samples will be provided. Think of it as a gathering of: Friends, Fiber, and Fun!
