Experience the magic of Japanese cinema with a free screening of "My Neighbor Totoro" (となりのトトロ). Directed by the legendary Hayao Miyazaki and animated by Studio Ghibli, this heartwarming 1988 film follows the enchanting adventures of two young sisters and their encounters with friendly wood spirits in postwar rural Japan. *Rated G: General audiences.

Inspired by our Sister City partnership with Tsubame, Japan, this event celebrates the cultural connections between Sheboygan and Tsubame. As ambassadors for international relations, the Mayor’s International Committee is dedicated to fostering understanding and friendship between our communities.
