He's part human, he's part canine, he's Dog Man! Come celebrate the hero of Dav Pilkey's popular graphic novel series with crafts and activities throughout the Children's Library.  Free program, drop in anytime between 5:30 and 7.  Recommended for children ages 3-11 and their caregivers.
