Event Details

Have left over craft supplies you no longer want? Consider donating them to the craft supply swap! Donate the week beforehand, and come on January 17 to see what people have dropped off. All craft supplies left at the end of the day will be donated.

Early entry with ticket - 11am-12pm

Entry without ticket - 12pm-4pm

How can I donate?

Between January 12, 2026, and January 16, 2026, bring your supplies to the second floor reference desk. No donations will be accepted before January 12 or on January 17.

If you donate, you get a ticket to preview the supplies before everyone else. One ticket let's one person into the event

Can I still come if I don't donate anything?

Yes! We encourage you to come to see if anything speaks to you.

What can I donate?

Arts and crafts supplies in good condition. This includes sewing materials, art supplies (like paints and canvases), baking (like silicon molds), beads and jewelry supplies, crafts and hobbies, papercrafts, printing, sculpture, and yarn and needlework.

Is there anything I cannot donate?

Anything that is already made or partially made. Recyclable materials like newspapers and food containers. Dried out paint, markers, pens, or anything similar.

Will you have empty bags or boxes for me to take things home in?

No. Please bring bags and boxes yourself.

What will happen to the supplies after the event?

They will be donated to local organizations.
