Event Details
Paper filigree, also called paper quilling, is an ornate paper craft that has been popular since the 15th century to imitate intricate and delicate designs created in precious metals.
Learn some of the basics of paper filigree during this beginner project. Open to teens and adults. Supplies will be provided. Registration is required.
