100 Thousand Poets for Change, a worldwide poetry movement, will present it's eleventh annual open mic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Saturday, September 25, at the Mead Public Library Plaza. Sheboygan is one of 350 cities in nearly 100 countries that will share visions of positive change as part of 100 Thousand Poets for Change.  The theme this year “Together Again” will be shared through poems and songs.  Members of the public can share an original poem or a poem by someone else. All are welcome to participate with a maximum of three minutes at the mic. There will also be a special, featured reading by Dasha Kelly Hamilton, Poet Laureat of Wisconsin.  Contact Lisa Vihos at poetlaureatesheboygan@gmail.com if you would like to share a poem or song at the event.
