Reserving a Room

Mead Public Library invites your business or organization to reserve one of our meeting rooms at no charge. While for-profit or merely social meetings do not usually qualify for use of Mead Library meeting room,  business, corporate, and for-profit organizations may qualify to use the rooms as described in the Meeting Room Policy. Reservations must be received at least 2 days, but not more than 3 months, in advance. Certain types of equipment may be available for public use. Please inquire when you request a reservation.

Rocca Meeting Room

You may reserve the first floor Rocca Meeting Room online.  The minimum group size is 10, and the maximum (with chairs) is 80. Pictured at left is the standard room setup. Available equipment, including AV (laptop not included), is listed on the reservation form. The library's Rocca Meeting Room has an "induction loop" system which magnetically transmit sound to hearing aids and cochlear implants with telecoils (T-coils).






Public Conference Room

The Library's Public Conference Room, on the second floor, is for groups of up to 15 people.  It contains one large table and 15 chairs. You may reserve the Public Conference Room online.  Online reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Call 459-3400, ext. 3422, to reserve the Public Conference Room within a 24-hour period prior to your request.








The Loft

The Loft, on the third floor of the library, is available for adult groups of between 10 and 100 people. One large table with 12 chairs, plus six smaller tables with 25 upholstered chairs, are available. AV equiment is available (not including laptop). You may reserve The Loft online.
