 ity project.Â Naturalized Landscape &amp; Garden DesignÂ Amanda Strojinc w
 as born and raised in Sheboygan and is a registered nurse by trade, workin
 g part-time in public health.Â She is a proud educator who teaches a wide 
 variety of subjects relating to homesteading and prepping with a sustainab
 ility focus. This includes canning and home food preservation, beekeeping,
  backyard chicken flock husbandry, seed saving and starting, garden planni
 ng, fermentation, and some kitchen skills like bread and pasta making, to 
 name a few.Â Â Amanda&#039;s classes can be found in various settings, inc
 luding demonstration kitchens, libraries, technical colleges, local recrea
 tion departments,Â and private homes. She enjoys sharing her knowledge wit
 h others in a relaxed and interactive setting.Amanda also has a line of sm
 all batch, handcrafted foods and non-food items for sale at local Farmerâ€
 ™s Markets and her road stand under her brand, Hopefully Homesteading.Â  A
 dditionally, she makes and labels a few offerings for Stefanoâ€™s SloFood 
 Market.Â
