 hines with thread and bobbins and a small flat blade screwdriver.\r\nPre
 senter Darryl Ottman has a background in fine tolerances and precision eq
 uipment, having worked for Will Pemco of Sheboygan as a machinist and lat
 er as the head of the precision tool calibration department.  He also ma
 naged the field service department at Fox Valley Metrology in Oshkosh. Ot
 tman and his family were seeking a change when he purchased the Sewing 
 Machine Shop in Sheboygan Falls 13 years ago, where he's continued mo
 ving this successful busines forward and has built a reputation as one of 
 the top service stores in the state.
